All funds remain fully under the client’s ownership at the selected brokerage.
1.2 Eligibility
By using GainBTC, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
Trading activities are permitted in your jurisdiction
GainBTC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.
1.3 Services Provided
GainBTC offers:
Algorithmic trading technology
Account connectivity for execution only
Performance transparency via third-party tracking
GainBTC does not manage withdrawals or control client capital.
1.4 Brokerage Accounts
Clients must:
Open an account with a supported regulated broker
Deposit funds (BTC, USD, or CHF depending on service)
Grant GainBTC limited trading authorization
Clients remain solely responsible for broker compliance, funding, and account approval.
1.5 Fees
GainBTC charges:
25% performance fee, calculated monthly on net profits
There are:
No entry fees
No management fees
No exit fees
No lock-up periods
Fees apply only when profits are generated.
1.6 Termination
Access to services may be suspended or terminated if:
These terms are violated
Broker access is revoked
Regulatory or compliance concerns arise
Clients may stop using the service at any time by revoking trading authorization.

We do not collect or store brokerage login credentials or private keys.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
GainBTC charges performance-based fees only
Fees are assessed solely on profitable results
No refunds are available for fees already earned
Clients may cancel at any time by revoking trading access
There are no subscription or upfront payments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainBTC shall not be liable for:
Trading losses
Indirect or consequential damages
Service interruptions or technical errors
Use of the services is entirely at the client’s own risk.
